Are you a runner or a soccer player or hiker? Listen in and try our simple one knee kick up with opposite arm move. See if you can stay stable on the standing leg and not lose balance. If easy then kick up a bit quicker. Hold to test your balance. Remember the opposite arm swing as this helps the right muscles work for you.
