Dana Ranahan presented at the Vancouver Sun Run training clinic at Parkgate last night.
Happy to present some simple tips to runners and walkers on how injuries happen, strength and control of movement as well as self management. Dana was also happy to answer a wide range of injury and training related questions.
It was a great night with a great group of runners.
