This page includes a number of exercises that may be part of your physiotherapy home exercise program as outlined for your specific needs by your physiotherapist at Body Works. If you have any questions or concerns with your exercises, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Please exercise caution if you are trying these exercises independently.  The exercises are well laid out and explained  as we often explain them to our clients and you should not experience any pain or worsening of symptoms while doing them. Ask your physiotherapist if you have any questions or if you need to clarify the exercise to ensure proper technique.
