Hi this is Dana Ranahan from Body Works Sports Physiotherapy, here today to show you an exercise for posture and strength. I’m out on the ferry as you can see. So sometimes it’s good to try and use time where you are to do exercise even though you don’t have time to go to the gym.

So in this case, you can come to the wall, feet out, back against the wall and arms up like a big T and effectively in this position, we’re going to get you to work on just sliding your arms up and down the wall. Keeping posture long. As I breathe out, breathe in come back down. Do ten or twenty and your shoulders will feel much more loose and much more free for the rest of your day.
