Kara is one of our awesome Administrative Receptionists.

After spending over 15 years in hospitality, working in restaurants and luxury hotels like Fairmont, Kara is excited to bring her customer service expertise to the world of physiotherapy. Kara’s interest in the field of Physiotherapy grew after becoming a mother and rethinking her career path, eventually aspiring to pursue studies in social work. She is passionate about supporting both patients and physiotherapists by ensuring a smooth booking process and helping patients understand how physiotherapy can play a vital role in their health and recovery.

Outside the clinic, Kara leads a more relaxed lifestyle since having her daughter. In the past, her days were filled with fast-pitch softball, competitive soccer until her late-20s, snowboarding, and off-the-grid camping adventures. Now, she enjoys walking with her family, spending time outdoors, and reading with her book club.
