Parking

There is street parking in the immediate area for your convenience:

• There are parking spots along the north side of West 1st street and West 2nd Street between Chesterfield and Mahon streets, which is located 1 to 2 blocks west of Lonsdale or between Lonsdale and Chesterfield. There is a park linking West 1st Street and West 2nd street with a large path that you can walk down from 2nd Street to 1st Street and arrive near the front entrance to our building.
• City of North Vancouver just introduced paid parking in most of these locations. You always have to register your licence plate but you get the first 30 minutes free. For the next 30 minutes you will be charged $1 and for a total of 90 minutes the charge is $2.50.
• You can use the parking meters to register your vehicle but in some cases these are not in a close proximity to the spots so you have to use a mobile app. There is a parking meter short distance East of the front door of our building where you can use a credit card to pay for parking (it does not accept cash).
• There is a 15 minute drop off zone directly in front of our building.
• There is pay parking under the building where the clinic is located at 233 West 1st Street, with access via the west side of the building off of the cross street Semisch. Pay parking is $5 per hour. Elevator access to the building is available from this pay parking lot, for easy, accessible access to our clinic.
• There is pay parking under IGA on Esplanade between Lonsdale and Chesterfield. From this lot, you can take the elevator up to 1st Street, just one block east of our clinic, and walk from there.

Street parking is strictly enforced in this area, so please allow yourself enough time to find adequate parking for the duration of your appointment.
