Vestibular rehabilitation and what it is essentially?
Vestibular rehabilitation treats:
- vertigo,
- dizziness
- feelings of lightheadedness
- nausea and symptoms that come along with dizziness
Dizziness can be caused by:
- neck
- the inner ear or the eyes
Mismatch between those systems will create a bit of a dizziness sensation that you register.

What we found in the clinic is that we’re seeing a lot more patients come in with headaches and neck pain. A lot of it is from zooming into the stream, no pun intended. When they come in, they demonstrate poor posture and a restriction in motion.
