Walking outdoors, especially in the forest, can help to “green wash” things for you and help you to feel better and rejuvenated. We highly recommend that as a base activity, people try to maintain a regular walking or hiking schedule to keep their fitness and help them manage the ongoing stresses of every day life and work.
