Barbora Binkova

Barbora became interested in the field of physiotherapy when she first started working with the Czech Republic Women’s National Softball Team in 2019 as a Technical Manager. Barbora worked closely with the Czech women’s softball team when they competed in various championships all over the world, including the Canada Cup in South Surrey, BC, Canada. Through this experience she saw a lot of sports related injuries and became interested in physiotherapy.  Although Barbora has no qualifications in physiotherapy, she is excited to work in the field on the administrative side supporting the Physiotherapists to do their best work and helping patients understand how physiotherapy can help them and how our booking and scheduling works to ensure that they can get an appointment when needed.

Outside the  clinic, Barbora is an avid hiker and camper.  This is one of the reasons why she moved to Canada from the Czech Republic.  She loves exploring the local BC mountains and gorgeous outdoors. Barbora has also worked as a skiing and snowboarding instructor and enjoys spin classes, paddle boarding, swimming and running.
